​TEBOW MEDICAL RECORD SYSTEM

In order to ensure our patients receive quality primary care, we offer an electronic medical record system - TEBOW. This system is the result of years working on the ground in Haiti, combined with the efforts of three talented, dedicated, and humble individuals who made it possible for CHI to offer our patients a level of continuity-of-care that rivals what we enjoy here in the US. Through TEBOW, patient information and pictures can be imported with a click of a button.
